1) We can book you on any cruise line that you have not sailed on with a casino offer, in the past 12 months. We'll get you booked on any ship, on any cruise line, from any port in the world! Pick a cruise up to 7 nights that sails within a year of booking. Once you've taken your first comped cruise, you're able to book multiple cruises up to 14 nights, that sail within 16 months!
2) Head over to the "Get Comped" page and fill out the information we need to qualify your play
3) We'll contact you within 24 hours of receiving your request.
At this time we'll get the rest of the information needed to get you on the cruise of your choice
4) Next we send your info to the cruise line, and once we receive your comp offer you'll be contacted immediately **
5) Unlike retail cruising, casino comped offers are paid in full up front. Some will be paid directly to the cruise line, others will go through us.
** We work through "back of house" as opposed to the regular casino department. All inquiries are done via email, and take between 2-5 days to receive your offer. There are exceptions of course (holidays, long weekends, etc...) but we try to touch base and keep you updated on the progress of your request should happen
All casino offers are based on your casino play. Points received while sailing are not of great importance, it's all about your "play". We invite you to read our page explaining "Theoretical"
